The 37-year-old center addressed a diverse group of talented athletes from 27 different countries following the conclusion of the tournament.
"All I wanted to share is just the importance of being a good teammate," he said in the Utah Jazz training facilities.
"I go into locker rooms and see kids on their phones. Like all day scrolling. Scrolling. Do you want to be a good teammate? Get off your phone and stay locked in on what you got to do," he said.
"We could do all that scrolling sh*t later. Mental health, all this stuff. All the things we're talking about start with this. We're wasting time. You guys have real dreams of playing at the high level and being NBA all-stars. Play for championships, and be in the playoffs. Playoffs? That scrolling is not going to help you when you hit the playoffs," Noah explained.
"That's all I wanted to say. I see it all the time kids are just on the phones. Get off the phones and focus on what you got to do," a 13-year NBA veteran concluded.
The Lithuanian prospect Matas Buzelis became the MVP of the BWB Global Camp.
