Down by one and with 5.5 seconds remaining in the game, Dee Bost was inbounding the ball and passed it to Nando de Colo. The veteran frenchman lost it and the ball landed in the hands of Bost.

The guard drove to the basket past Shane Larkin was the ball was stripped out of his hands by Will Clyburn, winning the game for Anadolu Efes.

Immediately after the final buzzer, Bost started confronting one of the referees Sasa Pukl who stood nearby the play.

The refereeing crew of Pukl, Seffi Shemmesh, and Arturas Sukys immediately left the court with Bost screaming at them throughout their walk. The guard had to be held by de Colo to stop him from going after the referees directly.

ASVEL ultimately lost the game 89-90.
