Per the same report, the deal between the 22-year-old player and the Catalan side, is valid for several seasons.
Barca are currently third in the EuroLeague and second in the Spanish Liga Endesa. The Buenos Aires native played three years for Barcelona, between 2018 and 2021.
He will be a major reinforcement for Sarunas Jasikevicius, who hopes to finally win the EuroLeague title as a coach, and regain the title of champion of Spain which escaped him in 2022.
According to the report, Barcelona want Bolmaro to join the team as soon as possible, without waiting for the summer. Kyle Kuric's playing time has been significantly reduced, and Sergi Martinez barely plays.
For Bolmaro to be able to play in the EuroLeague, he has to be registered by March 1. If that's the case, he might be able to make his second debut on March 5, against Olympiacos in Piraeus.
Since 2021, Bolmaro has spent most of his time in the G-League. He is currently with his national team to try to qualify for the World Cup.
