Panathinaikos would like their game against Efes to be postponed due to the tragic train crash in Thessaly last night, which cost at least 36 lives.

A passenger train and a freight train crashed into one another late Tuesday evening, leaving more than 40 people dead. The Greek government has already announced a three-day mourning period from March 1st until March 3rd.
The Greek Basketball Federation has additionally announced that all matches under their jurisdiction during those three days have been postponed.
According to Giorgos Kouvaris from Gazzetta.gr, Panathinaikos Athens are in talks with the EuroLeague about postponing Thursday's EuroLeague home match against Anadolu Efes Istanbul.
However, that scenario is rather unlikely at the time, as the Turkish team is already in Athens. PAO's game could only be postponed if the Greek government decides so, something that has already happened in the case of Wednesday's games for the Greek football cup.
"I think, honestly, that playing a basketball game after such a tragic event is not something that can come into the conversation," Panathinaikos head coach Christos Serelis told the media after today's practice. "If they tell us to play, we will of course play. If it is postponed, we will prepare for the game whenever it happens."
If the game ends up being postponed, Efes would be at the epicenter of the schedule change once again.
According to BasketNews sources, Efes and Panathinaikos game should be played as scheduled.
