After winning their fifth straight game in the EuroLeague on Thursday night, FC Barcelona returned to domestic league action on Saturday, where the view on the court was different.

Sarunas Jasikevicius' men suffered an 85-83 loss against Casademont Zaragoza.

Led by Howard Sant-Roos, Zaragoza had a 22-point lead at halftime (46-24), and that was the focal point of Jasikevicius' speech in the press conference.

"I don't ask our fans for forgiveness many times, but the image we showed in the first half was horrible. We have to apologize to the fans. It's not worthy of Barcelona. We can't appear on the court as if this was our first time playing together," Saras pointed out.

"We changed our face in the second half. And yes, this team knows how to do it. But we lost our minds in the first 20 minutes of the game. 22 points down at halftime? I don't remember something like that. It was a very bad night for us," Jasikevicius was straightforward.

The Lithuanian tactician also talked about his team's consistency and that some short bad stretches cost them the games.

"In the locker room, we were talking that we have won 15 of the last 17 games. The two we have lost are by 5 bad minutes in the Spanish Cup and by 6-7 horrible minutes tonight. Many things are going to be decided by details, so we have to be more focused. We need to improve," Saras emphasized.

After Saturday's loss, Barca sits second in the ACB standings with 17 wins and 4 defeats.
