"They couldn't play," he said about Nedovic and Ognjen Dobric. "At one point in the second quarter, both of them had problems and that's why they didn't play."
It's the second game in a row that Nedovic is forced to miss the second half due to injury problems.
"I felt a discomfort in my hamstring in the third quarter and that's why I didn't play until the end of the game," Nedovic told BasketNews upon exiting his team's locker room after the EuroLeague game against Panathinaikos Athens on Friday.
In a recent interview with BasketNews, Nedovic explained Crvena Zvezda's recent struggles and talked about his relationship with Panathinaikos.
With 12 wins and 15 losses, Crvena Zvezda are now in the 14th spot in the EuroLeague standings. They will face off against FC Barcelona in Palau Blaugrana on Friday.
