However, Valencia doesn't have a permanent spot in the EuroLeague and has no guarantees over their future at the top competition in Europe.
Meanwhile, other EuroLeague teams set their sights on Jones. At least a couple of EuroLeague powerhouses show strong interest in a 29-year-old guard, sources say BasketNews.
Jones has been a key contributor for Valencia, playing a pivotal role in the team's EuroLeague campaign and their participation in a playoff race. He leads the team in scoring and efficiency.
Standing at 1.88m and holding dual American and Armenian citizenship, Jones is currently averaging career-highs of 14.5 points per game, 4.6 assists, and an efficiency rating of 16.5, despite playing four minutes less than he did during his breakout season with ASVEL Villeurbanne.
He currently sits in 14th place among the league's top scorers, 11th in assists, and 9th place in performance index rating.
In six appearances against the top 5 EuroLeague teams (Olympiacos, Real, Barcelona, Monaco, and Fenerbahce), Jones averaged 15.0 points, 3.7 rebounds, 5.0 assists, and a PIR of 21.5. Valencia has won three of those six games.
