Vetakis also adds that Jabour is expected to have a longer visit in Greece and spectate the Lavrio-Olympiacos game on Tuesday.
It's the second time Kings members are traveling to Greece to follow Vezenkov. Kings assistant coach Jay Triano saw the Greek Cup Final 8 live, where Vezenkov won the MVP of the tournament award.
The 27-year-old Vezenkov drew attention from the Kings past off-season but decided to stay in Europe for his fifth season with Olympiacos.
He signed a contract extension with the Reds in early 2023. The star forward had previously penned a deal to stay in Piraeus until 2024, but his new contract runs through 2025.
The dealgrants Vezenkov a bigger salary. In return, Olympiacos will receive a larger buyout if the player leaves for the NBA.
