Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade overturned a 12-point deficit early in the second quarter and limited Baskonia's EuroLeague-best offense to just 63 points to keep the slim chances of advancing to the playoffs.

Though, Thursday's victory was overshadowed by the injury of Luca Vildoza.
The Argentinian guard left the game in the mid-second quarter due to an alleged hamstring injury, which had sidelined him at the start of the year.
Vildoza rushed to a fast break, dished out the pass to trailing Ben Bentil, and then grabbed the back of his leg. He limped to the Zvezda bench and did not appear on the court in the second half.
"He felt pain," coach Dusko Ivanovic said after the game. "He wanted to continue, but I told him to rest. We'll see on Friday. I'm not sure how serious the injury is."
Vildoza had 3 points, 3 assists, 3 steals, and 5 PIR in more than 10 minutes on the floor.
After a 74-63 win over Baskonia, Zvezda's record went up to 13-17.
