The Dallas Mavericks lost against the Golden State Warriors in a disappointing fashion Wednesday night. The team's leader Luka Doncic had the ball with seconds remaining but was stopped by Draymond Green.

Doncic attempted a layup with just 4 seconds to go but missed it. After the Warriors secured the rebound and the clock was stopped, the Slovenian superstar made a money gesture with his fingers toward the referees.
According to Shams Charania from The Athletic, Doncic was fined $35,000 for the gesture.
The guard has been averaging 32.9 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 8.2 assists per game. However, since Kyrie Irving joined the club via trade from the Brooklyn Nets, the Mavericks are just 3-6 when the star duo plays together.
With 36 wins and 37 losses, the Mavs are currently 8th in the Western Conference with 9 games remaining to play.
