The Memphis Grizzlies dismantled the Houston Rockets Friday night. During the match, two franchise records were beaten - one individual, and one by the team.

First, Luke Kennard became the organization's all-time leader in single-game three-pointers. The guard shot 11 threes, making 10 of them.

The previous record of 9 triples was held by two players - Jaren Jackson Jr. (2019-20) and Mike Miller (twice in the 2007-08 season).

At the same time, the Grizzlies made 25 three-pointers in the match, surpassing the franchise record in single-game threes as well. The previous highest mark of 23 triples was reached in 2021 against the Charlotte Hornets.

With the win Friday night, the Grizzlies became the second team to clinch a playoff spot in the Western Conference. They are currently second in the conference with 46 wins and 27 losses.
