Oded Kattash: 'I wish I could let Baldwin and Brown rest more' / News - Basketnews.com
Oded Kattash shared that in order for both Lorenzo Brown and Wade Baldwin IV to play less in the Israeli League, both of them have to be registered and play. Otherwise, the one player who is not rested has to play more, increasing the risk of fatigue and injury.

However, the situation on the roster makes it harder for head coach Oded Kattash to navigate the games each week.

After the game, Kattash admitted that it's a situation that he has to solve during the entire season.
"I wish I could let Wade Baldwin or Lorenzo Brown rest more," he said after the match. "We have four games a week, that's a lot. When either Lorenzo or Baldwin rests, the other plays more. If you want to keep them healthier, I register both of them together [so that they play less]. This is our challenge as a team, and not only ours. Each week is different from the other. It's something that's measured and taken care of very precisely every minute."
With 17 wins and 13 losses, Maccabi are currently 6th in the EuroLeague standings. If they win both games during the double-round this week, the Israeli team clinches a playoff spot.
