"Andalucia is an important sponsor of the Champions League. They've already negotiated that Malaga would host the Final Four if they qualified, and have already agreed on the corresponding fee," Gomez said. "We're not going to tear our clothes off knowing the rival we are up against. They all look at us as an inferior team from a city that doesn't interest them but that makes us even more motivated."
"When a competition is so interested in a team qualifying, we only have one option, which is to motivate ourselves more against adversity. This is basketball, we accept everything, and we will give it our all but that does not stop us from saying it [loud]," the operative declared.
The first game of the best-of-three series is scheduled for April 4th at 20:30 CET.
