Novak Djokovic said that he sometimes had to calm his son Stefan down from cheering too avidly. The star tennis player revealed that he supports Partizan as a Serbian club at all times, except during the eternal derby as he's a Crvena Zvezda supporter at heart.

Publicly known as a Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade supporter, Djokovic talked with Partizan TV after the match, explaining his visit.

"I came here with my son and wife, and I'm glad Partizan is winning," he said in the middle of the game. "I support Partizan when they play against anyone, except when they play against [Crvena] Zvezda. I am a Zvezdaš (Crvena Zvezda supporter) but I support Serbian clubs. My son supports Partizan, now we go to their matches."

Novak's son Stefan is an avid Partizan supporter. The tennis superstar revealed that he sometimes had to calm his child down.

"The president of the Monaco basketball club is sitting next to us, I pinch him a bit if he overdoes it," the star tennis player shared. "He told me 'This is the worst game, I can't cheer as much as I want'. 'You can, just don't say certain things while they're attacking'."

"It's interesting to watch, he loves basketball," Djokovic said. "Serbia is the country of basketball, the biggest and most popular sport, we follow [the games] and cheer."
