Diana Taurasi becomes first WNBA player to reach 10,000 career points
On Thursday, Phoenix Mercury starDiana Taurasi became the first player in WNBA history to score10,000 career points.
Taurasi passed 10,000 points inPhoenix's 91-71 win against the Atlanta Dream, scoring 42 pointswhile also contributing 6 threes, 4 rebounds and 2 assists, whileshooting 50% from the field, 46.2% from three and 100% from thefree-throw line.
