Randle will be re-examined Thursday and Thibodeau is "hopeful" his ankle injury isn't bad.
"It would be premature for me to comment," Thibodeau said. "We're hopeful that it's not bad."
The Knicks closed out the Cavaliers 4-1 to win their first playoff series since 2013.
