"The tendon in his second toe has ruptured. Serious injury. He will have to go to Belgrade on crutches, so we can film him there. His upper lip was also injured," Partizan's doctor Moma Jakovljevic told Telegraf.

Worried about his son's health, Dante Exum's father Cecil wanted to attend to him in the locker room. However, he was not allowed to do it.

The entire situation ended in a conflict with Cecil Exum arguing with the WiZink Center's security. Ultimately, the former NBA player left the scene without it escalating more.

Dante Exum was later seen leaving the venue on crutches.

Losing the game by 15 points and under 2 minutes to go in the game, Real players started to show visible frustration on the court, making several hard fouls in the process. Then, absolute chaos ensued.

Sergio Llull violently fouled Kevin Punter. Wanting to defend himself, Punter squared off against Llull, showing a fist near the Spanish guard's face. The conflict caused a huge fight.

In the process, Guerschon Yabusele bodyslammed Dante Exum, Mathias Lessort shoved Dzanan Musa to the ground. Almost every single player from both teams was involved in the fight. In the end, 21 players received disqualifying fouls.

Punter later pushed back against the notion that he started the conflict.

The EuroLeaguelater released a statement, saying that the Disciplinary Judge will publish the decision regarding any possible suspensions within the next 24 hours.
