Tanjevic, who last coached his home country's national team between 2015 and 2017, also praised Zeljko Obradovic for his behavior and attitude.
"Partizan did not chew on bullying, but they bullied them instead," Tanjevic wrote on Twitter.
"Real Madrid players don't know how to lose with dignity. As if the referees didn't give them the chance, allowing them to play hard for at least seven and a half minutes in the third period," he added.
"This is a pity ending and a disgrace for Real Madrid. A team that's not ready to lose would better not to go out on the court," the 76-year-old coach argued.
"After two big Partizan wins, it must be said that Zeljko, as always, was humble and convincing in the statements he made in three different languages," Tanjevic praised his colleague.
"He reminded everyone that he has been the top player for decades. I take my hat off to him."
