Under Vaughn, the Nets won 43 games out of 75 this season. The franchise was also involved in two blockbuster trades that sent away their two biggest stars - Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant - to the Dallas Mavericks and the Phoenix Suns respectively.
After losing the two stars, the Nets finished the year with a 13-15 record in the remaining games. The organization was swept in the 1st Round playoff series against the Philadelphia 76ers.
The Nets hold two 1st-Round picks in this year's NBA Draft - their own and the one they received for the Durant trade.
