The Philadelphia 76ers captured an important Game 1 victory against the Boston Celtics away from home. During the match, a 76ers player reached an unusual NBA record.

PJ Tucker played almost 37 minutes in Monday night's game but didn't record a single field goal or free-throw attempt. It's the most minutes played in an NBA playoff match without an FGA or FTA.
The record was previously held by San Antonio Spurs forward Bruce Bowen who played 34 minutes without a shot attempt in Game 5 of the 2006 Western Conference Semifinal against the Dallas Mavericks.
Besides Tucker and Bowen, no other players have eclipsed the 30-minute mark. Joel Anthony (2011), Jason Collins (2006), George Johnson (1982), and Charles Jones (1988) were closest with 27 minutes of play each.
Tucker averaged just 3.5 points and 3.9 rebounds per game during the 2022-23 NBA Regular Season but spent 25.6 minutes on the court for the 76ers. His numbers in this year's playoffs are a little bit better - 2.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 2.2 assists.
