Avramovic suffered the injury by falling awkwardly after an interaction with Real center Walter Tavares.
The 28-year-old Serbian tried to foul Tavares and prevent him from scoring easy points but then fell awkwardly to the ground.
Avramovic needed more than five months (189 days) to recover from the hand injury he suffered back in August while representing the Serbian national team.
This season, he has averaged 6.3 points, 1.9 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 5.4 PIR over 23 EuroLeague games.
