Karnisovas joined the Bulls in April 2020 after spending 7 years with the Denver Nuggets.
During Karnisovas' first three seasons in Chicago, the Bulls made the playoffs only once in the 2021-22 campaign.
In the 2020-21 season, the Bulls finished 11th in the Eastern Conference, while in the 2022-23 season, Chicago ended up 9th after a loss against the Miami Heat in the Play-In Tournament.
Billy Donovan has been the head coach throughout Karnisovas' stint.
