After receiving offers from at least six high-profile universities in the US, LeBron James' oldest son Bronny James has made his choice.

The 18-year-old prospect has announced via his Instagram that he will play for the USC Trojans.

The Australian NBL league had also made an effort to recruit the player but ultimately he chose to stay in the US, in a state where he currently lives.

Last month, James participated in the Nike Hoop Summit. Bronny scored 11 points, including two free throws to seal the win with 5.4 seconds remaining.

In the 2024 NBA Mock Draft, compiled by ESPN's Jonathan Givony, Bronny is projected to go 10th overall.

LeBron James has openly admitted that he wants his last season in the NBA to be played alongside his son. "My last year will be played with my son. Wherever Bronny is at, that’s where I’ll be. I would do whatever it takes to play with my son for one year. It’s not about the money at that point," James has said.
