Youssoupha Fall has been suspended by the league for one game for his outburst toward a referee in a game against Pau-Lacq-Orthez on April 25th.
With 3:32 remaining in the third quarter, the French big man got called for a defensive foul. Unhappy with the call, he wildly gestured at the game's official Jean-Charles Collin.
After receiving a technical foul, Fall continued walking toward the referee, shouting at him. Moments later, the player received a disqualifying foul.
The league's Disciplinary Commission had a meeting on May 3rd where it was determined to sanction the player with a one-game ban.
Even though the decision was made earlier, Fall still played against Blois on Tuesday. He will miss the last game of the regular season instead.
Fall's been averaging 11.6 points and 7 rebounds for 15.7 PIR in LNB.
