Nikola Jokic became the first player in the NBA postseason history with a 30-point triple-double and 70% shooting in consecutive games after putting up 34 points, 21 rebounds, and 14 assists in a win against the Lakers.

The Denver Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokic put up another dominant performance to lead his team to a win against the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 1.

In a 132-126 victory, Jokic finished the game with 34 points (9/14 2PT, 3/3 3PT, 7/8 FT), 21 rebounds, 14 assists, 2 blocks, and 5 turnovers.

Jokic became the first player in the NBA postseason history with a 30-point triple-double and 70% shooting in consecutive games.

On top of that, it was his 4th career triple-double in the playoffs with 30 points, 15 rebounds, and 10 assists. No other player in the NBA history has more such games.

Jokic began the game strongly, putting up 8 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 blocks.

According to ESPN Stats & Info, Jokic is the 1st player with 10 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 blocks in any quarter over the last 25 years, including both the regular season and playoffs.

Jokic also became the first 1st player with 15 points, 15 rebounds, and 5 assists in any half of a playoff game over the last 25 years.
