Voted on by the media present in the Final Four, Real Madrid's big man Walter 'Edy' Tavares was named the Most Valuable Player.

The Cabo Verdean center registered dominant performances in both the semifinal and the final. First, he scored game-high 20 points, grabbed game-high 15 rebounds, drew 9 fouls, and registered a whopping 39 PIR in the semifinal. Then, he recorded a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds for 20 PIR in the final.

Tavares was also dominant in the quarterfinal series against Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade, registering whopping performances in Games 3 through 5.

Tavares is the first big man to become the Final Four MVP since Fenebahce's Ekpe Udoh did it in 2017.
