The previous record belonged to Real Madrid who made 405 threes during the 2020-21 season but had more attempts (1038) and even played two more games (36) as the league's system was different.
14 different Baskonia players made at least one triple during the season, and only Maik Kotsar did not sink in a three, although he attempted one.
During the season, Markus Howard broke the all-time Baskonia record of made 3-pointers in the ACB competition with 9 against Gran Canaria. Previously, the record of 8 threes was shared between Igor Rakocevic (2007), Saulius Stombergas (2001), and Velimir Perasovic (1994).
Baskonia also equaled the club's single-game three-pointer record twice this season when they scored 19 against Carplus Fuenlabrada and Girona Basquet.
