The 2.03-meter player has competed in France during the last six seasons, first starting in Bourg-en-Bresse and then transferring to ADA Blois Basket 41, for which he played during the 2022-23 season.
Although the club finished the regular season in 16th place, barely avoiding elimination, Ndiaye was the most productive player on Blois's roster, averaging 10.1 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.9 assists for 15.4 PIR, a number that was good enough to place him in the Top 20 in the league.
ASVEL currently have only three players on expiring contracts - Retin Obasohan, Jonah Matthews, and Dee Bost. The club recently got into a salary scandal, for which the LNB deducted two wins from their account for this season, a decision that was later reduced to a one-win penalty.
18-year-old talent Zaccharie Risacher has decided to leave ASVEL ahead of the 2024 NBA Draft, following in the footsteps of Victor Wembanyama.
