More than a decade ago, Dwight Howard was one of the most dominant players in the league. Even though Nikola Jokic is now widely considered to be the best player in the world, Howard thinks he could beat him if he was in his prime.

Asked to choose from two different options - prime Nikola Jokic and prime Howard - the veteran center picked himself.

"Prime Dwight Howard all day, all day every day," he said on the Run it Back show on FanDuel TV. "I'm dominating every play with a smile on my face."

After not receiving offers from NBA teams, Howard took a different career path and continued playing in Taiwan for the Taoyuan Leopards. NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal had a beef with Howard, ridiculing the center for his decision and his play in the new league.
