Game 1 between the Denver Nuggets and Heat will take place on Thursday, June 1, at 8:30 p.m. ET.
Games 1, 2, 5, and 7 would take place in the Ball Arena in Denver.
Nuggets will have a significant advantage in terms of resting. The last time Denver played the game was on May 22 after the Nuggets swept the Los Angeles Lakers 4-0.
