Glickman officially embraced the role of EuroLeague CEO on September 14, 2022.
His primary focus has been on the league's business aspects. Glickman has been advocating for expansion into cities like Paris and London, a format change with conferences, and enhancing the marketing side of the product.
Under Glickman's guidance, EuroLeague secured a partnership with ESPN, enabling the streaming of all the 2022-23 playoffs, 2023 Final Four in Kaunas, and the entire 2023-24 season.
The executive has an extensive career in the sports industry, including being the President of the NBA's Portland Trail Blazers and Oregon Arena Corporation, Broadcasting Coordinator for the National Basketball Association, Director of Media Sales for NBA Properties, and Chairman & CEO of Portland Family Entertainment.
Glickman had previously served as a special advisor to former EuroLeague Basketball CEO Jordi Bertomeu since 2002.
