Jokic became the first player in NBA Finals history to record a triple-double with 30 points, 20 rebounds, and 10 assists.
In a 109-94 win against the Miami Heat in Game 3, Jokic finished the game with 32 points (11/19 2PT, 1/2 3PT, 7/8 FT), 21 rebounds, 10 assists, 2 blocks, and 3 turnovers in 44 minutes of play.
It was Jokic's 10th triple-double in the 2023 NBA Playoffs. The Serbian star became the first player in NBA history with 10+ triple-doubles in a single playoff run.
"To be honest, [it] doesn't mean much," Jokic said about his historic triple-double. "It was a big win for us just because they won in our arena."
Jokic is also responsible for three of the five 30-20-10 playoff games ever, with two of those coming in these playoffs. Wilt Chamberlain and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar share the other two.
In tonight's win, Jamal Murray added 34 points (9/16 2PT, 3/6 3PT, 7/8 FT), 10 rebounds, 10 assists, 1 steal, and 7 turnovers.
Jokic and Murray became the first teammates in NBA history (regular season or playoffs) to each record 30-point triple-doubles in the same game.
They are also the second pair of teammates to each have 30 points and 10 assists in a playoff game, joining Clyde Drexler and Terry Porter in 1992 against the Suns.
The Nuggets took a 2-1 lead against the Heat. Game 4 is scheduled on Friday at 8:30 p.m. ET in Miami.
