However, the really worrisome news for Olympiacos wasn't so much the loss itself, butSasha Vezenkov's injury. A few minutes before the end of the third quarter, the Bulgarian forward landed sloppily after a foul by Lefteris Bochoridis.
Vezenkov was trying to get an offensive rebound but ended up on the floor. When he got up, he was in pain and finally left the court and the arena supported by Michalis Lountzis, Tarik Black, and Olympiacos doctor Theofanis Tsavissis.
After the end of the game, Bochoridis was visibly upset and went by Olympiacos' locker room to check on the EuroLeague MVP's condition. Bochoridis and Vezenkov were teammates at Aris from 2011 until 2014, when the Greek guard started his first stint with PAO. However, Vezenkov had left to get an MRI.

The injury will definitely keep Vezenkov out of his team's practices for a few days, while his participation in Game 3 is nevertheless considered highly dubious.
