Lorenzo Brown did not confirm his availability for the upcoming FIBA Basketball World Cup.

Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv guard became the Israeli League champion on Tuesday and did not confirm his availability for Spain this summer.
"I am not sure that I will play in the World Cup in the summer with the Spanish team," Brown told Tomer Givati from Israel Hayom. "I am considering giving it up now."
"I've had a long season, and my body is starting to hurt and break down. Every step I take is like torture. We'll see how everything will work out in the summer," Brown added.
During the 2022-23 EuroLeague season, Brown averaged 16.4 points, 3.0 rebounds, 5.5 assists, and 16.1 PIR per game over 35 appearances.
He was instrumental during EuroBasket 2022, averaging 15.2 points, 1.8 rebounds, 7.6 assists, and 15.3 EFF per game in 9 contests.
Brown played his best game in the semifinal against Germany, finishing the game with 29 points (8/10 2PT, 3/7 3PT, 4/4 FT), 2 rebounds, 6 assists, and 26 EFF.
Brown also made the EuroBasket 2022 First Team.
