Washington Wizards star guard Bradley Beal is likely to move on from the organization during the offseason. Two primary candidates to land the player have now emerged.

Both Beal and the Wizards are collectively working on a solution to end the player's tenure in the franchise despite his recentfive-year, $251 million contract.

According to Shams Charania from The Athletic, the Phoenix Suns and the Miami Heat are in serious talks with the Wizards.

Beal's contract also features a 15% trade kicker, which would be triggered in case of a trade and would be paid to the player, in addition to the rare no-trade clause.

The Heat are likely to center a trade package around Tyler Herro in hopes that Beal chooses Miami as his next destination. Both the player and his agent have veto power over the Wizards' decision on where to trade him, NBA insider Marc Stein reports.

Beal averaged 23.2 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 5.4 assists per game on a career-best 50.4% shooting last season.
