Victor Wembanyama recently completed his participation in the French League Finals, where his team, Metropolitans 92, suffered a sweep against AS Monaco in the best-of-five series.

Following the decisive Game 3, Wembanyama, who is widely anticipated to be selected as the No. 1 overall pick by the San Antonio Spurs in the upcoming NBA draft on Thursday, shared some of his plans for the summer with former Sacramento Kings forward Chima Moneke.

Moneke inquired, "Are you gonna play summer league?"

The 19-year-old responded, "A little bit."

On Friday, NBA insider Marc Stein reported that the Spurs are optimistic about Wembanyama's potential participation in the summer league, albeit the exact details of his availability remain to be determined.

If Wembanyama decides to join, the French star could showcase his skills at the California Classic Summer League, scheduled from July 3 to 5, and/or the Las Vegas Summer League, which will take place from July 7 to 17.

Wembanyama averaged 17.3 points and 9.2 rebounds in 10 post-season games for Mets 92.
