Panathinaikos face a 3-game suspension and a fine of 17,300 euros for court disruptions during Game 4 of the Greek League Finals, while managing to avoid a points deduction due to the game's stoppage being attributed to a lack of technical equipment rather than the incidents themselves.

In accordance with the special disciplinary regulations set by the organizing authority ESAKE, when serious incidents occur and a game is definitively halted, the responsible club is typically deducted 2 points. However, in this particular case, Panathinaikos managed to avoid such a deduction.
Referees asked PAO general manager Stavros Dinos if there was any technical equipment for the continuation of the game, and the answer was negative: "No". Hence, the game was stopped at Panathinaikos's expense, with a final score of 0-20. Essentially, the officials reported that the game was interrupted because there was no technical equipment available, not because of the incidents. That's why the Greens avoided the points deduction.
As the judge's decision mentions, PAO were sanctioned according to the bylaw stating "for incidents that are deemed defamatory to the sport, and the game is not permanently interrupted due to these incidents."
It is worth noting that Panathinaikos already had a one-game suspension carrying over into the new season due to objects (water and yogurt) being thrown at Olympiacos' bench in Game 2.
Consequently, Panathinaikos will have to play the first 4 matches of the upcoming Greek League season in the empty gym.
Panathinaikos have decided not to appeal to the ASEAD for a reduction of the penalty.
In the finals, Olympiacos emerged victorious, securing their second consecutive championship and 14th title overall, with a 3-1 series win.
