Just days after officially leaving his previous team, Kostas Antetokounmpo has already found his new one.

According to the club's official announcement, Panathinaikos Athens signed a two-year deal with the organization.

After agreeing on a deal in December, Antetokounmpo previously played for Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul but appeared in just 10 regular season games and played minuscule minutes in the quarterfinal series. Overall, he averaged 2.7 points and 2.3 PIR.

Before returning to the EuroLeague, the Antetokounmpo brother was part of the Windy City Bulls in the NBA G-League. He played for LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne in the EuroLeague the year before, averaging 5.8 points and 2.6 rebounds for 7.1 PIR.

Panathinaikos officially announced Ergin Ataman as their new head coach several days ago. Antetokounmpo is their first official signing in the new Ataman era.
