Italy
Champion:EA7 Emporio Armani Milan
Milan needed a Game 7 to overcome Virtus' resistance and lift their 30th Serie A championship title. They held Virtus at 55 points at Mediolanum Forum and celebrated an ideal closure to the season that saw both Italian teams missing the EuroLeague playoffs.
It was the second straight domestic title for the Lombardian squad and the sixth for coach Ettore Messina in his native country. Messina is now tied with Simone Pianigiani at the top of the coaches' table with the most Serie A trophies.

The team got to defeat the teams placed in first, second, and third positions on the way to the trophy. This time, in addition to ALBA (3-1) and Bayern (3-0), Bonn was the regular season winner.
