"Our goal is to be in the Final Four, for sure," he underlined in an interview with Gokhan German of Fanatik. "I cannot lower the target. I cannot say, 'Our goal is playoffs' in a club like Panathinaikos.

"When I came to Efes, I had targeted Fenerbahce with Zeljko Obradovic. Why? Because Fenerbahce was one of the best teams in Europe at that time. That squad played EuroLeague Final Four every year and became the champion in Turkey. The same goes for Olympiacos. The team that I base my squad on is Olympiacos.
