As part of the deal, the speeding charge initially brought against the 28-year-old was dismissed.
Graham's sentencing is scheduled for next month.
The incident occurred last year when police in Raleigh, North Carolina, caught him speeding at 63 mph in a 40-mph zone.
Following his arrest and subsequent testing at the Wake County Detention Center, Graham registered a blood alcohol content of 0.11 on the breathalyzer test, exceeding the legal limit of 0.08 in North Carolina.
