Indiana acquired Haliburton from the Sacramento Kings in the Domantas Sabonis trade. Haliburton, Buddy Hield, and Tristan Thompson were traded to the Pacers in exchange for Sabonis, Justin Holiday, Jeremy Lamb, and a 2023 second-round pick.
Haliburton was a 12th overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft.
He has committed to represent Team USA in the upcoming FIBA Wolrd Cup 2023.
