"They are open for business everywhere in the league," Wojnarowski said on SportsCenter. "He doesn't have a no-trade clause like Bradley Beal had, and he [Lillard] doesn't have any control where he goes next."
Wojnarowski added that the Blazers will go on the market looking for the best deal they can get and seek a combination of young players, draft picks, and salary cap relief.
"I don't think it will be a quick process. Miami has no advantage over any other team just because of Lillard's demands," Wojnarowski concluded.
Lillard still has a 4-year $216.2 million contract with the Blazers after he signed a 2-year $121.7 million contract extension two years ago.
Lillard has been playing for the Blazers throughout all his career when Portland drafted him with the No. 6 pick in the 2012 NBA Draft.
In the 2022-23 season, Lillard averaged 32.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 7.3 assists per game in 58 appearances.
