According to ESPN's Bobby Marks, Boston Celtics star forward Jayson Tatum could become eligible for an impressive $338 million extension next summer.

This comes after his teammate, Jaylen Brown, already made headlines by signing a historic five-year, $304 million supermax extension with the Celtics during the offseason.

Undoubtedly, Tatum is one of the best players in the league. Last season, he averaged 30.1 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 4.6 assists in 74 games, while maintaining stellar shooting percentages of 46.6% from the field, 35.0% from beyond the arc, and 85.4% from the free-throw line.

Having already achieved four All-Star appearances and three All-NBA selections with the Celtics, the 25-year-old forward has maintained career averages of 22.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 3.3 assists across 439 games (439 starts), all with Boston.
