Harrell's knee was swelling in the recent workouts, and the 76ers decided to check the 29-year-old through MRI. There's no timetable for Harrell's return.
Harrell officially re-signed with the 76ers on July 18th after agreeing on a 1-year deal.
Last season, Harrell averaged 5.6 points and 2.8 rebounds per game in 57 games for the 76ers.
