"We're hopeful that's it positive," Morgan told BasketNews' Giorgios Kyriakidis. "We'll see. The only thing that will tell is the MRI. From what I understood, the initial tests were positive. So, we'll see. We're all hopeful because he's a very important piece for this team."
Cancar was visibly limping after the game, while the Slovenian basketball federation issued an update stating that Cancar will undergo additional medical tests when the team returns to Slovenia.
Cancar spent 21 minutes on the floor, finishing the game with 4 points (2/5 2PT), 2 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 EFF in a 77-88 loss.
