After a loss against Germany earlier in the week, the Canadian national team bounced back with a vengeance against New Zealand.

Led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, the Canadians dismantled their opponents 107-76 (28-24, 39-14, 19-24, 22-14).

The Oklahoma City Thunder superstar scored game-high 26 points on 9-for-12 shooting (3/4 3PT), dished out 3 assists, made 6 steals, and drew 4 fouls in 19 minutes of playing time.

Kelly Olynyk and Nickeil Alexander-Walker were tied for second place in scoring with 13 points each. Full stats >

In the first quarter, SGA made a crazy circus shot after getting fouled during a fast break, converting a tough and-one.

Finn Delany was the top scorer on New Zealand's roster with 13 points, Yannick Wetzell added 12.

"Obviously, a good win from top to bottom. A lot of guys got involved, they pressured us, played a little bit different than last game. We just keep building, keep getting better every single day, and trying to keep pushing towards the tournament," Kelly Olynyk told after the match.

"Everybody here is different than it was in the NBA, past teams, or whatever," he said when asked about the squad full of NBA players. "We're just trying to build that cohesiveness and togetherness and try to get a little bit better each day, knowing how each other plays, how to play with each other, and trying to be the best we can."

Before the game, New Zealand broke out the famous Haka dance.
