Attracting attention with his huge height (2.29 m.), the Senegalese player decided to continue his career in Asia. Last year, he averaged13.9 points, 10.2 rebounds and 3.3 blocks with the Xinjiang Flying Tigers jersey.

Even though the big man participated in the 2019 NBA Draft, he failed to be selected by any team. Fall, 27, who signed with the Boston Celtics before the 2019-20 season, only played 24 games in the two seasons he spent there.

He last played for the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA, before taking his first step to China last season. The player, who spent the 2022-23 season with the Xinjiang Flying Tigers team, will continue his career in the Nanjing Monkey Kings team.

In an interview with Stadium, Fall spoke about his experience of playing in China and the level of physicality in the CBA.

"They play very physical, especially when you're an import. Everything is focused on you. So, I used to joke, I used to be on the phone with some of my friends like, 'I'm getting guarded here like I'm Steph Curry.' Because they'd literally be with you from one sideline to the other."
