Anthony Edwards took over in the second half, scoring 34 points in the game and helping Team USA mount a huge comeback to comfortably win the game in the end.

Germany had a big lead in the third quarter, but Team USA mounted a huge comeback to win a friendly game 99-91 (26-26, 20-28, 27-23, 26-14).

Anthony Edwards played his best game, showing off his abilities on both sides of the court. He finished the game with 34 points (11/21 FG, 4/8 3PT, 8/8 FT, 6 REB, 2 BLK).

Germany got off to a fiery start, leading by an impressive 16 points in the middle of the third quarter (71-55). However, Tyrese Haliburton started firing three-pointers, Austin Reaves provided a couple of defensive episodes, and Edwards took over in the fourth quarter.

The score was tied at 86 with two minutes remaining, but the favorites outclassed Germany in the end and got an eight-point win.

Haliburton and Reaves finished the game with 16 points each, while Jaren Jackson Jr. had a well-rounded game with 7 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 blocks.

Franz Wagner led the way for Germany with a double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds, and Dennis Schroder added a double-double of 16 points and 10 assists.

Two more players had double-doubles on the German squad - Johannes Voigtmann (11 points, 10 rebounds) and Daniel Theis (12 points, 13 rebounds).

Team USA finishes the preparatory cycle for the upcoming 2023 FIBA World Cup undefeated, while Germany takes their second loss.
