A former NBA employee used the league's Facebook page to complain about the working conditions in the league offices, the post was removed less than hour after.

In the now-deleted post, the former employee complained about the working conditions in the league offices.
Very long hours, with 14-hour shifts, and not particularly high salaries among the social media personnel are cited as some of the main concerns.
The person who wrote the post claims to have been out of work for several weeks now and attacked directly NBA commissioner Adam Silver for not taking care of personnel's mental health and social life.
The person also invited the users to donate to mental health causes in order to spread awareness of this issue.
The post on the Facebook page was removed after 40 minutes from his original publication. Here's the full text of the post:
